STEP 1: Property details (Maximum information about the property is required. Copy of the Notarial Deed)
You provide the name of your complex, address, size, etc. You give your key holder permission for Bansko Estates to collect the key and view the property.
STEP 2: Property Valuation (The valuation is informative, not mandatory)
Once we visit your property someone from our office will be in touch with an honest valuation of your Bansko property based on 15 years of experience in the local market and on the latest sales we have achieved. Once a selling price is agreed you will be sent our bespoke Bansko Estates agency contract detailing the price and all the details of the apartment.
STEP 3: Marketing the property (Aggressive and massive advertising in the largest real estate portals in Bulgaria, Israel, England, Romania, Greece, Poland)
We will visit the property to photograph and video to present it at its best. Your property will be advertised on our brand new highly visible website, all Bulgarian and international real estate sites, promoted to a select database of clients that have expressed interest in similar properties, social media, partner agencies . We will communicate about viewings, feedback from clients, change in the market, etc.
STEP 4: Get an offer (You will receive a fair offer that is in line with current market conditions)
When a serious offer is received, we forward it to you for consideration, explaining any special conditions.
STEP 5: Proceed with the deal (We will consider the client’s needs)
Once a selling price is agreed and confirmed, a deposit is paid by the buyer, the property is marked as reserved. A preliminary contract will be signed by both parties. You have two options to complete the sale – come to Bansko in person or use a local real estate lawyer to represent you. Please note – any outstanding bills need to be cleared before the completion.
STEP 6: Sale completed
On average a sale from deposit to completion takes around one month (30 working days). On the day of completion, the proceeds of the sale will be sent into a bank account of your choice. The sale is complete and you no longer own the property in Bansko Area.
